Multimedia Video Production built an eLearning platform in 2009 for the Terumo that focuses on their Trucise system. This interactive training system engages users with a clean user interface and a custom navigational system, which allows users to view materials in any order they wish. On-screen texts and voice-over narrations were written by Multimedia Video Production. Narrations were recorded at MVP’s in-house studio using talent from the MVP Actors’ Network. The blend of animated text, narrations, and images, capture users’ attention, while educating them on how to use the Trucise system. Other reference materials such as a FAQ section, a 360° product video, resource library, and a troubleshooting center are also available. Users access a post-course quiz upon reviewing the material, which allows Terumo to track information retention. Once users pass the quiz with a satisfactory score, they receive a certificate of completion. The eLearning platform has a back-end administrative area to access usage tracking tools and metrics reports for each user.
